Tinsel & Cheer

Tinsel & Cheer

It’s the holiday season and I’m in full swing Christmas spirit over here. We kicked off December with our wreath workshops and it gave me the perfect opportunity to dig all of my Christmas decorations out of the wreath barn.

I love holiday decorating and probably take it too far but who cares at Christmas right!?! I’m one of THOSE people who have multiple Christmas trees, I think this year's count is 6. And my newest addition is my bedroom tree– a throwback to the aluminum vintage ones I adore.

I’ve got the tubs unpacked and the main tree about to go up so I just have fresh greens and wreaths left to finish it off. Perfect timing too as the temps on the farm have taken an arctic plunge. If I have to be trapped inside it might as well feel festive! And now that the house is jolly I can focus on my favorite holiday activities like hot chocolate mugs and Christmas lights.

After such a hard year, I’ve really jumped full throttle into the spirit this winter. I’ve already started on my Christmas movie list with Ernest Saves Christmas and the Family Stone. Saving some of the classics for gift-wrapping time! And if you’re still like me buttoning up those last-minute gifts, check out my 2024 gift guide with some of the easiest gifts to ensure a grateful hug. I hope your holidays are starting off as cheery as mine.

XOXO, Jess
