Sometimes real life trumps farm life, this was one of those weeks. I can’t report on the farm because honestly I haven't been involved. I am blessed to have an incredible farm family taking care of it while I’ve been on family time as I spend time in my husband's hometown laying his father to rest beside my mother-in-law. Life can be raw and real and our family isn’t immune to the sadness that comes with saying final goodbyes. We are grieving in love which is a beautifully hard thing to do.
