What kind of subscriptions do you offer?

We offer a variety of flower subscriptions that focus on local pickup, shipping in VA, DC, MD, and nationwide delivery. Our current subscription options include:

When will my next shipment arrive?

Your flowers will be delivered around the same date each month, based on when you subscribed. Deliveries will only occur Tuesday through Friday, so if your subscription date falls on a weekend, you can expect your flowers to arrive the following Tuesday.

Are all of the subscriptions available for local delivery or on farm pickup?

Our subscriptions are available for Shipping or farm Pickup only. If you are within our local delivery range, we may hand deliver instead of shipping your flowers.

Can I change my flower delivery date?

Each month, you'll receive an email update on your subscription where you have the ability to pause your subscription or reschedule your delivery. If you have any more questions email us at info@hhfshop.com or give us a call at 800.218.8152.

How can I manage my subscription?

You can pause, cancel, or reschedule your subscription in your account dashboard, or by following the link on any of your reminder emails for upcoming deliveries.

I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - what if I can't make the pick up date?

Your flowers will be ready for pick up on your subscription date, and we will send you an email to remind you when it's time to come! While a monthly pick up is the traditional style of the subscription, we understand that life happens. If you need to pick up on a different date, email us at info@hhfshop.com and let us know!

I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - can I pick up all my bouquets at once?

Of course! If you would like to collect all of your bouquets at once, please let shoot us an email at info@hhfshop.com to give us a heads up so we can have them ready for you!

I have a pickup Market Bouquet Subscription - I forgot to pick up my flowers. Can I substitute my bouquets?

We are extremely flexible if you forget to pickup your flowers! Flowers are a fleeting beauty, which is why we appreciate them so much. Please note that our growing season ends in October, so be sure you get all your flowers before the season ends! We are unable to offer any substitutions or credits for bouquets that weren't collected before October.

I have a Pick-Your-Own Pass, when can I pick flowers?

Our Victory Garden is open from June to October. You can you use your cups whenever you'd like during our normal business hours during the season!
